Transitional Program

Pepin Transitional is a comprehensive individualized job training program of vocationally based training in conjunction with life and job readiness classes designed for individuals from age 18 to 22 with identified learning or learning-related disabilities.
Our goal is to provide a successful transition to work for everyone.
Our program is committed to providing the opportunity for you to participate in on-site job training at our business locations: Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office, Publix Super Markets, TPepin’s Hospitality Centre, CVS Pharmacy, Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa Electric, Tampa Police Department, Hillsborough County Offices and Public Library. Allowing you to have real work training with ongoing support and supervision.


The transitional program bridges the gap between their schooling and first full-time job. Working with young adults at their job site, helping them learn the skills they need at the workplace and also how to handle daily life in an office.Tampa Tribune (February 10, 2012)
